At Rexys Reviews, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be: Unused In their original packaging In a resellable condition To start a return, email us at support@rexysreviews.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Non‑returnable items For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on: Opened sensory items Mystery boxes once opened Edible products Clearance items marked “Final Sale” Faulty or damaged items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos of: The item The packaging The shipping label We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–5 working days to appear.
